This Service is operated by Beulah Park Water System. Messages are sent from an automated system and are not marketing or promotional in nature.
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our sign-up form, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS text messages from Beulah Park Water System at the mobile number you provided. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase or service from Beulah Park Water System.

Beulah Park Water System makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, timeliness, or accuracy of SMS messages. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered to your device. SMS alerts are a supplementary notification method and should not be relied upon as the sole source of information during water service emergencies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beulah Park Water System, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the SMS Alert Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from delayed, undelivered, or inaccurate messages.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued subscription to the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
